Potholing / Non Destructive Excavation

• Quality Level “A”
Non Destructive Excavation is a means of excavating the earth around buried utilities such as water mains, Gas, communications, power cables and so on, in such a manner as to not damage the Utility and not with any mechanical tools (excavator bucket, crowbar, shovels). The most common method is to use water to turn the ground into mud and then vacuum the mud out of the hole, hence Pot-holing.
