Slab Scan

Slab Scan is the same process as GPR (See Above) but the energy pulses of the antenna are specifically calibrated to identify, with a high degree of accuracy, targets in hard surfaces such as Concrete.
Due to the high degree of accuracy this process is used to identify reinforcement in slabs including Stress Cables. The data also has the ability to be captured and post processed.
Common things Slab Scan is used to identify are;
- Reinforcement
- Pre-Stressed Cables
- Voids in Concrete
- Pipes in Concrete
